We offer a 28-day return policy from the date of delivery, ensuring you have ample time to review your luxury resort wear. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all Orlebar Brown tags attached.

Return Process

  Request Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred return method.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in the original shipping box or a secure alternative, ensuring all original packaging and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier drop-off point and retain your proof of postage; we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
